@@SmileDirectClub i meant when you use the first gel and apply it for 10min do you apply the second gel right away? And also when it says to rinse is it ok to use water? On the second gel application
You need to apply the gel in the morning, and then at night, also, you just have to spit out the excess, and do not rinse, eat or drink for 20 minutes after you’re done with the gel. The teeth whitening will continue to absorb into your teeth.
