I love this machine!
However, make sure to warm it up some minutes before feeding time because when baby is crying and you have to wait 7min while your baby is crying is a nightmare. So, be aware of the time and baby’s schedule. If next feeding it’s at 4pm, for example, starts warming it up before 4pm, such as, around 3:50pm of 3:55pm so the bottle is nice, ready and warm when baby needs to eat :)

Yeah it really is a bad warmer. Sometimes the milk is still cold when it's done for me and other times too hot

if the milk is frozen, does it de-frost the milk in 3 minutes?

Worst warmer. I did everything as in manual, started using. I measured the temperature, 42-43 C

What if i wanna warm 40 ml?

Just try to use the lowest ml which is 30ml in the warmer and leave it a little longer, maybe 1min longer. Always test it on your hand before giving to your baby.
