My touch screen hasn't worked in 5 months since I got some water in my mobile. I never knew this was possible. I don't have an OTG cable but I will get one and try this. thanks for the mouse idea :) saved time. I guess if one decides to keep the phone with wireless mouse you'd also need to walk around with a mousemat for when you stop and use it. On the go on a walk you can't really have a mousemat on the floor, so you'd have to also carry a fold out table. But a table isn't great so you'd want a portable chair aswel, and a friend to carry that for you...

I have to swipe the screen to open it, will I be able to do that with the mouse? YES it does work! I was able to get into my phone. Thank you for your gret video and help.

Hi.. this is really some great information if your touch screen is not working but what can you do if your phone is completely blacked out where u can’t see anything? I have to get some information off my phone like pictures and all my text messages am I able to see my phone through my computer with the usb mouse and Bluetooth some type of way.. Help. my phones touchscreen still works but sometimes it wont. Theres one time I was typing on the keyboard and then this problem occurs. I cant the screen wont respong to where i touch. But i can still see the cursor blink as if that nothing happened. Would i still do the factory reset?
