I think research potion only shaves off 23 hours because you're basically doing nothing in that 1 hour but speeding up the timer, meaning if you use 24 research potion it will only shave off 23 days if that made any sense

Gold pass is godlike. Skip a cup of coffee one day and it’ll save you so much time the whole month, it gives you potions and book of building and a cool shovel, that sweet 25,000,000 loot to upgrade your walls 😘👌 can’t live without it.

I actually use the raid medals to upgrade the walls. Higher level walls are pretty expensive, but they are free with the raid medals and I can upgrade the walls slowly, and use such resources for defenses.

Actually the research potion, just like the builder potion, has an 1 hour delay. For example, the research potion instead of removing a full day from the lab it removes 23 hours and the builder potion instead of 10 hours it gives 9 hours.

Why correct him while being incorrect? In the hour that goes by, 10 and 24 hours are gone. There is no delay. You are netting 9 and 23 hours but total time removed is still 10 and 24 hours.

the potion technically removes 23 hrs since its duration is 1 hour and that 1 hour would have passed anyways if it wasn't activated, but thats just a technicality and doesn't really matter

I love to spend my raid medals on buider elixir just for the finishing touch in upgrading battle machine for its last 8 levels but i only used raid medals when i complete all my builder base attacks, that really helped me get otto bot at th11 in just 1 and a half months

imo the best option if you are th 13 or 14 is the wall rings, because the value is pretty high (1 ring = 1 million gold or elixir)

Research potion is a life saver, it helps a lot when you move up to a new TH, it saves you a lot of time in upgrading your troops so you can compete at a higher level, when upgrading a troop try to upgrade low time defenses, use books and hammers for those upgrades over 5-6 days, and always have a builder for walls unless you don't grind in that case just upgrade defenses by batch of 5

In addition to the Research Potions I also like to buy 3 Power Potions a week to do 6 Builder Base attacks every other day with max troops, that way can funnel all Builder Elixir into just the Cannon Carts and BM... Then any leftover into Builder Elixir to keep upgrades rolling. 6th Builder really is absurd grind, esp on new accounts.

Instead of buying power potions buy builder elixir its not like you get an extra 500k elixir just from attacking 6 times at an slightly higher trophy range

@@xngst If you still have gold upgrades needed for the 6th Builder journey it is actually more efficient to buy power potions as long as you are above 1600 trophies you get 1 mil combined resources for 40% less than buying individually. And even for a super rushed base its easy to get into the low 2,000s. Plus then if its a new account you can trophy push using new TH free power potion. So definitely worth it to get the 3/week and use leftover medals for lix.

For me personally I average around 650 raid medals a week and I always go for builder resources and clock potions because I am very close to otto I also try to pick up at least 1 research potion on top of that I found that a 6th builder is going to be incredibly important going into th12

One thing you can do with raid medals is to use them in buying builder resources (elixir) if you want to unlock 6th builder asa fast as possible. Because battle machine will be the only item to max at the end and if you want to upgrade it non-stop then you might want to always have resources available to you.

Don't spend raid medals for resources, you might earn builder elixir by defense itself, I mean engage in a lot of attacks with surrendering in 0-60%s, and you might not earn lots of gold by that kind of attack, but plenty of defense could bring you massive elixir income. I often do that and even earn around 1 million elixir in 1-2 hours of several attack defense method. Then raid medals are saved for clock tower potion and research potions.

I only use them for builder resc, its been a month and ive been able to max cannon cart and mega tesla(a part of it were the tips you gave) i was only bh 7 before the capital was implemented and wow ive probably removed 4 months of grinding for those. it applied for my alts as well

You can also use the raid medals to reduce the 6th builder grind by purchasing clock tower potions and BH resources. Only problem here is that these resources are limited 1 million per week[1], and 3 clock tower potions. Correct me if I am wrong about the resources. Speaking of Builder hall. Have you heard of the rework they are working on there ? I think there is still so much time before we see anything, but I hope they make it easier to grind loot. Or at least more fun to attack builder base. Edit : [1] this isn't true. You can purchase resources as long as you have enough medals.

i also feel like 250 raid medals for 25k of dark elixir is a nice trade especially if you have to keep down all 3 heroes at the same time and it can be a really good opton to unlock sneaky goblings and other super troops without compromising your own resources!

I used medals for builder elixir as it's hard to get and helps in upgrading Builder machine as well as cannon cart non stop. Now that I got 6th builder so I'm using them for research portion. If you want 6th builder the best option for using raid medals will be investing in builder elixir

Since I'm th11 trying to get to max it out, I use it for the wall rings since upgrading to lvl 11 walls is the last lvl that only requires one ring, I also don't have to worry spending resources on them and instead can focus on buildings

At th14 you have to spend 900 medals just to upgrade 2 walls lol. Or 600 medals for 1 wall. I do the same thing. Walls are crazy at th14. I don't really need anything else from the shop anyway so might as well use the medals.

I spend my medals on DE since that’s all I ever really need. Gold & elixir I don’t really have a problem getting that. When heroes cost 300k DE that’s a grind lol!! Great vid!!

I used the raid medals to buy builder elixir since clan capital released and the first raid weekend. Now I'm done with my battle machine. Took me a month and a half. Buying 2M b.elixir a week plus the gold pass made it really easy to get otto.

I only use it for builder base or sometimes a lab portion but idk why u use it for dark elixir I'm a th11 and i always have like my dark elixir storage full because even if u upgrade a troop and 1 hero at the same time its like 6 days for queen and 7-10 days for a dark troop and in that time storage is full again

Note: Research potion does not remove 24 hours, it is 24x, so it removes 23 hours since you have to wait an actual hour for it to work. (Same with builder potion only gives you 9 hours off)

Since I hate upgrading walls, I use mine on wall rings so I can slowly upgrade them in the background, it gives you 5 rings per purchase, which are equal to 5M in resources so it’s not bad when I can buy 10 rings a week and upgrade 3 walls a week for free basically. If they do nerf research potions or take them out of the rotation, that’s the second best option outside of getting straight recourses if an expensive upgrade is just out of reach IMO

@@gundgaming-brawlstars7082 all his lab upgrades are 12mil + he'll need to farm atleast 8 mill next 2 hours. It's possible since he has 2 training potions. But he should have waited before using the 3rd research potion, he could have used 2 now and the next potion later, after he uses the hammer for the healer and has enough loot to start the next upgrade.

I have used raid medals for research potions since the start. Now that I use the super goblin strat (thanks to Kenny Jo), I will use extra raid medals on training potions to get lots of loot (more profitable than buying the resources directly with raid medals.)

What is the best trophy range to find bases with more than 500k+ loot? .I am at 2400-2800 Ts and it is good but I need to press the search button 10 times at least before I found one. And sometimes I don't find any

I knew about this trick as soon as the update came out and my base progress has been on steroids since then😂 sadly though the waiting times are what kill us all

I use the raid medals to buy Builder Baee resources because I'm grinding the 6th builder and only farming the resources takes way too long so it helps out massively 👍 Raid medals are such a good and helpful thing in this game

Currently, I only buy research potions and wall rings with raid medals, but it basically allows maxing out a town hall 2 months earlier for f2p players. I wish they allowed us to buy builder potions and books with raid medals. I always have to waste loot during cwl because that 1 saved book of hero is not enough. Just before cwl we get the season treasury loot plus a lot of loot from cwl wars. Also, I wish we could forge capital gold in the forge without the builder. As a f2p player, I need all 6 builders for my home village and also in my 2nd account have got only 5 builders.

If you don’t have 6th builder use every medal on builder base , I was max builder base 6 and it only took like 2-3 months to get the 6th builder. That doesn’t include magic items from the pass or if you want to use CWL medals on hammer of building for Mega Tesla. (Lvl 8 to 9 with mega Tesla so you can skip gold storage upgrades)

I spent most of my raid medals on builder elixir to help max out my OTTO hut. Worth it!

I use each and every raid medal to buy research potions. Because my lab is always behind my builders. I’ll max out my th12 buildings in just 3 months but the lab takes 13 more months so the research potions really help out 🥂
