I just have some doubts, I did all the steps you mention in your video, but in my case, the printer when it recognizes the cartridge and prints a page with information (procedure that apparently looks like your cancels), when it finishes printing the mentioned page, continue with the same problem, marking error with the cartridge and logically, with my printer, does not pass the same result as your video. Do you consider it absolutely necessary to replace the cartridge or will there be any other way to make this cartridge work? Thanks greetings. Yes, you can print! You'll have to do the reset and then go right away to hit cancel and then the black "copy" button. It will just settle in and you can run a print job. Redo to print again.

But you say the printer is printing but here what u have shown that the printer can copy but I think it cannot print from computer. Dont say printing, say copying.
