I AM an 80 year old man that watches your videos for sciatica, stumbled on your video for stretch bands.. That was amazing and I had been searching for a good one. Thanks for your programs enjoy so much.
Resistance bands are among the best (and least expensive) ways to be able to get a great workout at home, while mimicking most dumbbell or cable machine exercises. Everyone should have a set of these at home!💪
I was always a gym rat. Once the pandemic hit!!! I freaked out, then I said I'm gonna start using resistance bands!!! And now I'm hooked. Love them and I will never return to the gym again. BTW I'm in better shape now than I was when I was lifting weights in the gym. RESISTANCE BANDS RULE!!
How many places would you recommend to anchor into wall. I am setting up my band area and wanted to be easy and mostly I would imagine my upper body will be with one and my lower body will be with harder band. And then there's all the exercises you can do without locking into the wall. My question is where should I put the bolts in the wall to make it the best, ready to do all the exercises that are out there. Door height? Waist high? Ankle high? Shoulder high?
I found you at the recommendation of my last physical therapist. Great information and channel. Love how you have your stuff, your recommendations but also share other options people can do. Shows your real concern is people taking care of their health.
I just got mine in the mail today and I am soooo excited and can't wait to get everything out of the box and put together and try them out. Quality is the first thing I saw ... I love my equipment! Thank you I'm so happy :)
Really great entertaining guidance on how to use resistance bands. I've watched a lot of clips made by a well known provider of resistance bands and they are all fast and furious and not about technique. The pace of this was just right so I could see clearly showed how to use the bands.
I’ve had 1 TKR (7 yrs ago) & recently spinal fusion & starting Osteoporosis treatment. I appreciate your videos so much. I have lots on my Bucket List & I intend to get ‘em in! 😊 Keep up your online persence in the venues you can manage.
Just received my order of Bob and Brad’s exercise bands. Wow! What quality at a super affordable price!! Can’t wait to get started! Thank you Bob and Brad!
HAVE 2 QUESTIONS FOR THESE TWO CUTIES! 1) how to know which colored band to use; 2) how often can you exercise with bands: every day or every other day. ABSOLUTELY LOVE these wall band exercises. Had them for over a year, and have just started to use them!
shoulder training is incredible with a solid band workout... but they can be used to train entire body...just watch several video's if you never used them...
I really liked this I have ropes but didn't know really what to do with them. I need handles all I have is just ropes. Absolutely loved this you guys are awesome
This is a really great video! Very informative, easy to follow, and your sheet enthusiasm and excitement talking about physical health is a joy to watch!
Just wondering if you have any videos on a program to get started …how many reps, when to change band to the next strength, which exercises for different parts of the body etc. I’m 68 and wanting to-tone up my muscles as I am on the keto diet and losing weight, but getting a little flabby. Also, I get hamstring cramps and I’m wondering if any of the exercises are dangerous for that or helpful. Thanks.
Hi guys! At what length do the resistance levels occur? For example, how far do I need to pull the 15 lb band to actually feel 15 pounds? This is helpful if I want to increase the resistance from, say, 15 to 17 lbs but not 20 lbs, or to start at 10 lbs and not 15 lbs. In other words, I almost feel I should get a weight scale to "calibrate" distances so that I don't overwork a muscle. Thanks for answering!
On a quest to find training videos in which folks use their words to describe how to use, rather than simply do "this", and "that". Blind people want to be strong too. :)
Super excited for this video so I can finally use my resistance band set. Unfortunately, this video is completely useless to me as a blind person. Close your eyes and listen to the video. Absolutely no descriptions of how to do something. Using phrases like grab it this way or pull it, that way make no sense when you can’t see what’s going on.
Do exercises list come with the bands? I think I will get the bands I am 74 and have worked with the some with my trainer and physical therapist. I enjoy your videos. Thanks
I need a poster of these exercises - bought your resistence system and it's in basement - not great connectivity - Help me out with a poster for these exercises PLEASE. Thannks!
Hey Y'all. They just discovered I had a ischemic stroke in my cerebellum. I got your bands. Do you have an easy how to use description in writing that you can send. I don't recall there being one that made it clear for beginners.
These don’t feel like the weight is says it is? The resistance is almost nothing if I’m to close and I’m not sure how far I should be and stretch them? Can someone advise?
As with anything new you might try to just feel your way around (don't get hurt :) I got mine in the mail today and the quality is awesome. I'm trying mine out in a little while. Best of Luck.
Hello guys, hope y'all doing good. I want to ask you about the resistance bands and i can buy just one, anyway what resistance band should i get the 15kg one or the 25kg? , btw i want to build muscle with it and use it for the pull up bar at same time, thanks.
You've never mentioned in any of your resistance band videos, that the bands are under tension at the start of the exercise, through the full range of motion. If you start with the band flopping about like a fish out of water, you won't get the full (if any) benefit.
