Thank you. You've given me the confidence to try this and saved me the embarrassment of standing staring at instructions for 5 minutes. Also, good tip about cleaning the brush first to get rid of debris.
Honestly thought it was just me that was scared to use this and look like a fool staring at the instructions, hate when people are waiting for me. Used this morning and results were good 👍
This is the order to do it in my humble opinion 5 - rinse off dirt from the car and also the hot foam brush bristles too to remove previous persons grime from it 1 - do wheels 2 - apply the cold shampoo as a pre wash 5 - rinse off pre wash (The next two steps are optional) 3 - hot foam but preferably no contact and use your own mits or use some bulldog clips and cover the brush with a noodle microfibre towel 5 - rinse off (The next two steps are also optional) 4 - apply wax 5 - rinse off Finally: Then dry with your own towel - ‘dreadnought’ is a good make. Use a separate cheaper one for the wheels tho.
Even if the brush itself doesnt scratch his paint, he kinda brushed his wheels half way, picking up dirt and debris and using it back onto the bodywork....
Please people, never use a brush at the self service jet washers on your paint work!!!, all you are doing is layering dirt/stones from the previous user back onto your car and not to mention the amount of scratches/paintwork damage you will create. These are only for wheel/alloy use only. Actually watched a guy use the brush on his 2021 Ford Mustang 5.0, then also watched him looking at a scratch he just created on the rear bumper, not worth it at all.
I've been avoiding this, Now I know what to expect I won't look like a complete novice lol. I drove all the way to Tesco, SAW other people using it then got out of there OMG lol.
so if i was to press "high pressure cold shampoo" will i be able to then press "high pressure cold rinse" to wash it off or do i have to pay again for it??
@@buzzinggamer816 yes you can press any option once you’ve paid. The timer is for about 5/6 minute. You only pay again once your time has finished I believe you can pay again BEFORE your time finishes so you have more time at once, instead of paying when it finishes. Basically, you have 10/12 minutes to wash your car instead of 5/6 minutes
@@DrWhoandtheQ I’ll say yes but you still have to hold the brush, so basically just let the foam drop on your car and then use your own cloth to wash the car
@@vibewithmike27 *bicycle haha, I have no space to clean the major muck off at my university accommodation so I'll hobble over with some bike specific maintenance stuff and get it sorted lmao
Sorry this video wasn’t helpful, it was my first time using it and I was learning on the go, You tap your bank card and then pick what you want for example, water or soap foam and then start washing your car You can change options anytime until your time runs out and you can tap your bank card to add more time
