Today we’re going to be talking about how to use Slack to keep your church leadership and teams working together more efficiently. For those of you who don’t know, Slack is a team communication tool that many businesses and nonprofits use to keep their conversations organized and efficient. Whenever we at Clearpath start a new partnership with a church, we automatically create a Slack account for the church to help use keep our collaborative conversation organized and moving forward and a lot of the time, even when we’re finished with our projects, church go ahead and keep the slack account so their leadership can use it to stay connected.
But there are some challenges to making this work. So in this video I’m going to share some tips that have helped me launch Slack successfully with churches and make it stick.
