Hey bro! So basically you just need to right click wherever you want to create the new point. If its not working you may need to turn the envelope on with the little button to the left of the attack knob. If thats not on then the envelope editor wont be turned on. Let me know if this helps bro 🙌🙌

Check 3:53 to see how to turn it on. I just realised my screen recorder didnt record my cursor so its not too clear to see 😆😏
