Great video and explanation thank you for sharing. I’ve discarded many leftover LED strips over time because I didn't know what to do. So this video is very helpful.

Do i need to worry about the copper pads landing on the metal that pierces the strip? Or do i just stick it all the way in until it hits the wall of the connector?

So you don’t have to strip the wire? How does it make contact?

Our Solderless LED Connectors have pins inside the clamp that will pierce the wires and make the connections. No stripping required.

Good video.. but the price of the connectors is just a bit too much.. not paying 3.99 for one clip... not unless they come out and connect it for me... can get 8 other brand for 4.99
