I also don't think we're supposed to breathe it in as some sunscreen ingredients can be lung irritants so best to hold your breath during application as well. (Correct me if I'm wrong! Always do your own research, love to learn new things) x
I went out here to get some advice on sunscreen and you did amazing. I also wanted to mention that all these people in the comments are such weirdo's and rude, People act like they didn't have a mother who rased them 🙄 you're amazing and don't listen to these haters ❤
Lab Muffin noted that in these you get less sunscreen as a rather big part of it is propellant and the spf testing is done before adding it, did you have to account for that when weighing the bottle here too?
If you're just using it as a top off though, I should think 10 seconds is better than nothing. I don't use a spray at all....yet, but I am thinking of using it as a stop gap between regular re applications.
@@ashleyeayers I do wonder how valid that is. It makes sense to me that you'd want to spread the sunscreen as evenly as possible, but I would think the film forming agents do the real work of creating a consistent layer. Spraying in a deliberate manner over the face I think accomplishes a similar effect, and it could actually minimize the sunscreen from interacting with any already present layers where. Rubbing might result in some "mixing" of the sunscreen and underlayers perhaps. I'm just speculating of course.
So I know the bottle says to apply with your hands, not spray directly to the face, but it also says you're supposed to rub it in, so I think it wouldn't matter? Also, will this work on top of makeup?
Is spray sunscreen better to reapply with make-up on? Can it be worn on the scalp and on the hair and ears? Which is the best sunscreen for the hands in your opinion, for people who drive for long periods of time?
@ the directions literally say it on all sunscreen sprays/aerosols…😬Even then spraying directly to the face won’t guarantee an even coat which is most in important

Correct, as a liability thing. Considering I would use the spray as a reapplication, using enough, which is the point of this video aids in having enough to be able to form the film
spray is gimmick esque for me cause yeh it does feel cool… for like one second 😅 also all those aerosol particles just flying away instead of being applied to your skin. kind of a waste tbh 😔
Realistically....that won't be happening. These sunscreens are way too expensive to be doing all of that

Do what you want, I’m not your keeper. But if you buy a product with an advertised spf and you want to achieve the quantity that’s on the bottle, you have to wear enough of it. If not, you’re basically wasting money
I never comment in social media but somethings I don't understand. So much sunscreen used and I can see a lot of sun damage and even sunburned skin. I think is best use less sunscreen and avoid sun. Using so much product on skin can't be healthy. His favorite sunscreen the second ingredient is denatured alcohol.
