Forge isn’t even out yet and you guys seem to have got the grasp of it already! I’m really looking forward to see what you and the rest of the community build in the future! I would be lost using it 😅
Can you throw a plasma grenade through the teleporter because that was possible in campaign and there's also a medal for killing someone through a teleporter
Is anyone else having a problem when editing boundaries with the teleporter? Changing boundaries doesn't seem to effect the size of the teleporter range.
You know that place where Chief and Locke fought? I'm gonna make that into a forerunner themed map with teleporters and death drops. Hopefully it won't seem too much like splitgate but it's a wip
in halo reach you could increase the size and shape of the teleportor event horizon no where to b found in forge, i use teleportes as "fun" boundries instead of flat dead brain kill boundries
This stuff is great, but for a smol brain like me I hope there is a feature to go into advanced mode like this or go into basic mode like halo reach's forge.
That's how I felt going from halo 4s forge to halo 5s. I knew 4s like the back of my hand. Then going to 5s all the objects were different, the controls were different, and it was just overall way more complex with the scripting options. It made me not even wanna mess with 5s forge tbh.
The arrows have always shown the orientation of the teleporter which is *not* necessarily the direction the player will come out facing *unless* you had it set to force output orientation. If this hasn't changed, this 'tutorial' is inaccurate.
