Hi Thomas, Sincere apologies for not spotting this message sooner. Yes of course that's fine. If you can mention when it's from (ie Primetime Media and Lives, Lincolnshire) that would be excellent. Many thanks, Joanna White Primetime Media
Hello, I am working on a project that teaching teachers and staff on how to use the AED and I would love to use your video for my media production. If I may, can I use your video to input into my video?
If you dont deliver the shock correct it wont work no matter how much you try, so shave the chest as fast and as efficiently as possible even if you think it may be wasting time
Hi Gemma, Yes that's fine if it's for internal use - ie you wont be reposting it online as someone elses work. If possible please mention who sourced the material in your project. Many thanks for asking and good luck!
Yeah okay. Let me just break out my razor and shave off any extra hair before i apply the pads. Wtf. When seconds saves lives i dont think i would be too worried about shaving the hair.
You obviously don't get the concept. Hair is somehow an insulator. If it's in between the bare skin and the AED pads, the electric shock won't be effective.
How in God's name are you supposed to shave someone's chest in a 1st Aid Situation?! Hair free is ideal and all that, but you have 3 minutes from collapse to defibrillate- get on with it!
If I couldn't find anything I would claw away skin and hair or at least most of it . The only training i got is watching two RU-vid videos so my advice could be very terrible.
