Very educational video . A question , can you place the pads on the patients clothing , or is it necessary to place the pads on their skin ?

You need to place the electrodes on the bare skin, if they are placed on clothing the defibrillator won't be able to analyze the heart rythem or deliver a shock.

It's advised to not do mouth to mouth because of coronavirus ,cardiac compression and the defibrillator are enough

Mouth2mouth is no longer recommended here in the U.S.

If i'm in public without my tools, I prefer to do compression only, because that patient might have any viral disease and I don't want it to get on me. Even if you just do compression that is enough for CPR ( until EMT'S and Paramedic's arrive ) because all you need is a good perfusion to keep the blood contacting with the brain so the brain wont lose his brain cells that actually cannot be reborn. and when the AED warns you to " Stay Clear ", of course on that CPR will be a lot of people trying to help out and it's noisy, so you should advise and yell " Everyone clear, move away ! " before you actually hit the shock button.

If you are performing CPR you have a duty of care, an obligation, by law, that it must be performed correctly in accordance with procedure, ie. 30 compressions 2 rescue breaths, unless the airway is restricted or you can’t access the mouth ie. blood) not with what you prefer.

If there is no oxygen in the blood to begin with, what is point of delivering blood to brain.

@@saleemshahzad4215 In most arrests, the blood is already significantly oxygenated and thus do not require rescue breathe to be given. In fact it is recommended for un-trained rescuers to give compression-only CPR as it is simpler for them to understand and is easier to give instructions over the phone for.
