I’m listening to your instructions on how to use the beats studio buds. I am a very novice user and I am confused with the directions about how to use the beats them self to adjust the volume and stuff like that. It would be nice if you would show people how it works not just talk through it because I don’t know what you’re talking about. The press and hold press and hold press and hold that did not make sense to me. Thank you
I could have, not sure why I didn’t:/ Anyway the part with the b on each earbud is the button. You can set what it does in the settings. So depending on what you choose, press and hold will do that. What I was explaining is choosing volume up for one ear bud and volume down for the other. Then press and hold the b on the earbud to perform those actions.

Hi on my Google Pixel 4 - the settings for Bluetooth did not offer noise canceling the way yours did. Figured it out that I can switch by clicking … still unsure if these are as good as my old Amazon echo noise canceling earbuds. Do you have a favorite for noise canceling?
I like the AirPods only because the beats were Falling out of my ears and the buttons were way too easy to press accidentally. As for sound quality I didn’t notice much of a difference.
When I go on the settings in the app I don't have a volume option for the press and hold. Only voice assistance and noise canceling or what not. What can I do
