Yes! if ur logged on a facebook/meta account on ur quest 2 you can get the games that you currently have on ur q2 to transfer to ur quest 3s!

Hey there, you absolutely can! All games and applications that you have purchased with your Meta Account can be accessed on any Quest Device so long as you login with that Meta Account to the Quest 3 you can access all the games you had bought on the Quest 2.
