I took a bad fall in my yard a few weeks back and busted up my knee good. No breaks or fractures thank goodness but a severe hematoma. From my upper knee to my toes were swollen almost double size. It was bad. Now thanks to healing, com po session socks, it had gone down but still tender. I had the mindset to use my face blaster. It hurt. I'm so very grateful that you've showed this technique. Very interesting, I don't have Fibromyalgia but as I'm aging, 69 , I used the blaster that comes with the beginner set. I hadn't blasted in a while but started again & now I bast when I shower. I didn't realize my inner thighs & outer were so sensitive! One inner thigh got very bruised but I recall Ashley saying that would happen. I'll try the slapping technique 1st then blast lightly. Thanks for the tutorial!

Oh yes we can bruise but if you bruise ease up and don’t go so hard. Also wait until your bruise heals before blasting that area again. Glad this video helped! God bless you!!!

I too have fibromyalgia and I’m just now starting out with my fascia blaster I’m so grateful I found this remedy for chronic pain I found out the hard way not to press too hard, I have bruises all over my body I will go soft and steady from now on

Oh no yes only go slow and light as your tissue gets used to fascia blasting you can go deeper. You may only need to use small claw tools for a while until your body gets used to it. God bless you!

I am experiencing this week - it's my first proper week of blasting and the first time I did my calves. Woweee I had no idea they were so sensitive. I have used a prep tool for two minutes and then the fasciablaster for two minutes, with a 30 min workout and 10 min hot bath beforehand. I don't press very hard at all but I am absolutely covered in bruises. They are not bad bruises, there are just a lot of them! Is it OK to keep going or do I need to stop until the bruises are gone? Thank you for your videos!!!

Oh wow..definitely wait until they go away. And maybe stick with just the prep tool for a while. If you went light and still got a lot of bruises try to ease up or not blast as long the bruises are ok because that's part of the process but let them heal before blasting that area again.

Check out the facebook group for adverse effects of using these tools (16k members and growing) . Those bruises are not normal and anyone who tells you they are is lying. Please look into the back story before using it again.

@@susanverardo1705 I am so sorry you've had a negative response to fascia blasting. I'm a 6 year blaster user and have never experienced any negative effects. In fact I am only functioning as one with a chronic condition because of blasting. Since I have been around the community for a while I remember when that group started and the claims, however not sure if you were aware but law suits against Ashley were dismissed. Blasting isn't for everyone and each person should learn to properly use the tools and check with their doctor especially if they have a medical condition prior to using.
