@@debbyhenderson4769 ok, it will be then approximately 40*40 or 42*52. So usually what I do is in such cases either make a granny square or if I have a normal pattern I chain and measure with the help of measuring tape if length is as per my desired size you can try that. You can keep 2 inches shorter if you will be adding a border. Hope this helps
