How to Use the Microsoft Word\Office Clipboard History 

If you use Microsoft Office apps such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and are always needing to copy and paste the same text and images over and over, then you should try out the Office clipboard history feature. This will show you all of the recently copied items in one place and then you can paste them over as needed and even between different Office programs.
