I would like to use this for my master bedroom. Is the alarm is activated, can the code be entered from outside the bedroom door to gain access and deactivate the alarm?

My Schlage Sense Lock has locked me out of my home. I have had lock over 6months and it had been working just fine. The lock is jammed, my key will not unlock it either. Inside deadbolt turn key will not work either. I want to factor reset but dont know if that will make matters worse. I was able to get in my home using the back door. Any ideas to remedy my issue is very much apricated. Thank you

Why does my lock only has "force entry and open/close" in the app? Nothing happen when clicking on the button for 5 second.

Can you confirm what lock model you have, if its one of our BE479 (Sense) locks the alarm can only be enabled from our app. If the issue persist we would recommend preforming a reset on the lock and testing, you can contact us a consumerschlage@allegion.com for additional assistance.
