It’s supposed to disappear that means you’ve impounded it into the yellow box and you’ve been given XP.

So you are trying to tow a vehicle that has no impound request that’s why and the reason it’s getting denied because the people that own the vehicle are declining it.

It should be in the same place maybe you couldn’t see it because you were towing a vehicle that couldn’t be impounded.

I haven’t tried on tablet but try and get it in line and everything and don’t move while doing it if it’s not the flatbed.

Also does it say something when you are trying to tow it and what tow truck are you using? And if your trying to tow a NPC car I don’t think you can.

Put your favorite number (it's kind of ID for a unit to recognize you...) then you join the team.

Not all vehicles can be in impounded, for example, someone might of called because the vehicle broke down so that means you can’t impound you can only impound if the owner of the vehicle has been arrested.
