Oh my god!!!! I came to watch this in anticipation of my Lacanche coming tomorrow! AHHHHH! It's been 1 whole year! I ordered the Chalonnaise 1 whole year ago! Finally! 8AM tomorrow! I can't believe it is finally going to be here! Great video!

They are not 'forged from pure cast iron', forging and casting are entirely separate processes. These are cast, they are not forged.

Please call our Support Team at 1-888-222-2930. Your French Traditional Plate should have came with one. It would be inside the tan 3 ring binder with Lacanche logo on it.
