I hate shorts! Too many unanswered questions. Where did you find the decals? Where can one get that silicone application thing (what is it even called?)
@@NailartandStories007 yes 😃 ..... And ofcourse you can, just use your finger to place the decal/sticker if you don't have a tweezer or nail stamper ☺️
Hey...Because water decals usually have a plastic sheet over it to protect it. Also, you cannot peel if off and use like normal sticker. The design can only be peeled off after it has been completely immersed in water ❤️
