What's sad about Rosa's kit, is that P. Sylvie does it all, but better. Raise and reraise cost nothing with P Sylvie, P. Sylvie has better utility buffs, and better chaining, too. It's sad how badly Rosa needs a rework, and she literally just dropped. She simply brings too little, and arrived entirely too late.
