This is my exact car, everything appears identical, except THIS. I'm only able to Bluetooth from my phone or use turn by turn Navigation. I have found no way to use Navigation though.
How can I get my maps to show up on the display in my 2014 Chevy Cruze? Music and verbal directions play on the speakers but the visual maps stay on my phone screen and won’t transfer to the center display screen.
2014 Cruzes do not have this option. You have to be in a newer vehicle that has either AndroidAuto or AppleCarPlay options. And to use those options, you have to have your phone tethered to the car..it won't work via bluetooth.
I have a 2012 Chevy equinox without navigation system and I don't know if I can somehow connect my phone to the car and use Navigation or do I just use my phone?
I have a 2013. Have to use your phone. I’m considering upgrading the system but the upgrade is about 700 bucks. If you have an upgrade with CarPlay in it, that uses your phones nav but displays it on the card center display
IF Google has them, it won't be ling until GM updates their system. Most newer vehicles are updated via satellite technology while you're driving around. Older vehicles need data CDs to be inserted and uploaded...you can buy an updated CD from your local dealer.
