Brilliant! This is the first video I have seen that describes in detail the three important movements in the right arm/trailing arm. I have often missed the last three, i.e. the abduction.

Great info JT I've got something I can work on when I got to the range or just practicing with the club in my backyard. So much more practical than low and slow. Thanks again. Can't wait to get out on the course and use this.

Great video with easy and productive drills. As I get older (and older), in an effort to regain some of my lost distance and flexibility, I find myself doing some of those X-rated moves which has led to all sorts of issues. One question that I have is in my take-a-way, do I push the club back with my left hand and arm or try to be an even amount of pressure? I'm really enjoying your video and am cautiously optimistic that they're going to help me. Thanks

Glad you enjoyed the video. JT is a great coach. You want to take the club back with your left arm while your are turning your shoulders. The key to this is making sure you push the club back down the target line to start. Golfers tend to pull it way too inside in the first part of the backswing.

Would it be possible to start the back swing with pronation then flip it into supination as you "release" the backswing?

JT enjoyed the video. My question is do you use your right hand to apply the pressure on the shaft through impact or is it more two handed?

Hi Jim, Glad you enjoyed the video. Through impact you don’t want to be thinking too much about your arms and hands. If you move correctly in the backswing your arms should do what they need to do without thinking about them. Instead of thinking about your arms through impact thing about your body turning. Let me know how it goes.
