I am moving my "event announcements" subscriber list over to campaigns. They have already subscribed. Do I have to send out a new sign up form to my list?
Do you think that Zoho is so broad that it's risking not standing out as the best at something? If you had to say it was great at one thing, what would that be?
Hey Corey! Definitely not in my opinion. They are building a business model similar to Google Workspace. If you use one of their products it makes sense to adopt their other tools to run your business. The advantage they have over google that I like is the seamless navigation (switching + automation across products) and the connection between business development tools.
@@StewartGauld all sounds reasonable. My question was more about them not being able to stand out - eg CRM or email or landing page builder. I accept that they are good across all the areas yep.
@@CoreyHinde oh right. They definitely stand out, they have over 80 million users. They are just not yet commonly adopted in NZ, many of my clients don’t even know what Zoho is! Haha.
Another brilliant video, learned heaps, I will be signing up with Zoho Campaigns ASAP. A Question: if I have Soho Campaigns does this replace the need to have Zoho Social?
Great video. is it possible for me to set different group of contacts based on different criteria that can be updated automatically if those criteria have changed? For example, if a cold lead ( registered on my site but hasn't placed an order) is placed an order, can be moved automatically by Zoho CRM to Hot lead( registered clients with at least an order placed) and ultimately recieve emails from the campaign designed for Hot leads?

@@StewartGauld yep, there are better ways to construct sentences. “Go ahead” is a really bad ‘Americanism’ that is catching on around the world. “Oh My Gaaad”, it’s “aaaahsome” how everybody just follows America’s lead, ‘amazing’ really
