How to View Crosseyed 3d - Hints and Tips

A lot of people seem to have problems viewing crosseyed 3d and I think a lot of it is just bad technique. These hints might help you out. I use this type of 3d in some of my videos, so I thought it would be helpful to put up a how-to for those who might have trouble with it.
Crosseyed 3d is where each eye looks at a different image, seen from a different angle, to allow depth perception to work.

you're not really crossing your eyes, the trick is you're widening your eyes outwards.

The magic eye type works that way. These are crosseyed images. (If you do them the other way the depth will be backwards.) Crosseyed is way easier to do, too. Most people have a hard time letting go of their focus to let their eyes separate because it's more of a passive process, and you also can't get as wide an image. (You can cross by like 45 degrees but not many people could ever widen that much.)

@@LiftPizzas When looking at Stereograms I've always widened my eyes away, all you do is relax and it just works once you can find two patterns you can mesh together in your eyes. Crossing them was much harder to do since you're really straining your eyes and it makes it harder to focus the image right on both eyes.
