My job requires 2 days start at 4.45 am, and 3 days start at 5.50am per week, so basically the biology clock doesnt work very well to me. I never missed the time but some days I found myself sleeping while typing the laptop, or tried to finish the work and got back to bed for another 3 hours nap right after having breakfast. I did some research and "bump more oxygen" is a gem. Believe me, 5 mins stretching even on your own bed can change the game, not only stay focus in the morning but also all day long. Another tip for anyone tries to wake up before 6am is to find your sleep circle. You dont want to wake up at deep stage feeling like a zoombie. And yes, make it again and again till it becomes a habit. Thanks for sharing ❤ im happy to be recommended to your channel.

What I like about waking up in the early mornings is that you get to do so-called "night owl" stuff first thing in the morning. And have energy! I woke up at 3:35 AM today (unusually early for this time of year for me) and I had some fun making my weird artwork, playing a little bit of Mario Kart, and in a little bit I'm going to make myself breakfast. I used to annoy my coworkers with how I'd come in all cheerful with a huge smile on my face (workday is 8 AM to 4 PM) but now they love it. I did notice in winter sometimes I sleep in, like during December and January I sleep in until between 5 AM and 5:30 AM, and on rare occasions I sleep in until 6 AM. I also sometimes write silly stories, like one time I wrote a story where Mr. Rogers created his own team like the Powerpuff Girls except they looked like the sailor senshi from Sailor Moon and they had to do stuff like stop an evil traffic light that turned itself red at random just to cause accidents.

I love that! I think that morning time is so valuable but most people just are in the habit of sleeping in because it’s easy and sleep feels good. Those are some fun morning activities!

I've been tempted to do this. It would just be so nice to get my workout done immediately. It also helps me stay on track with my eating for the day, because I'm like "I worked out, I'm not about to ruin it with something unhealthy." lol. This is random, but if you were looking for more content creator type video suggestions, I love your editing style, so maybe you could share more about your process in a video! You have great transitions. Also, (and this is literally my morbid curiosity as I'm way too small of a creator to make money from the platform lol) how you filed your taxes this year as a RU-vidr?! I've filed my taxes as a delivery driver, and it wasn't too hard but I just used mileage deductions. I feel like YT would be a lot harder since you have to do itemized type deductions. Just some suggestions for future videos!

Great ideas! Also I agree, working out makes me be more consistent with my diet too haha. I actually have a video planned for my editing process in the next couple of weeks! 🤫 love the idea on managing taxes, my short answer is that I hired an accountant this year, things were pretty complicated with not just Google Adsense but also brand partnerships, etc. so this was a good stress free option for me!

The snooze button is very true. I feel like any time I hit snooze, I end up sleeping for another 30 minutes to an hour, its never just another 10 minutes lol

The snooze button is my worst enemy. Once my alarm goes off if I just get out of bed I'm awake! But once I start hitting snooze.........I'm late for work haha

I love that you do the prenatal yoga! 🫶🏼 I went to the chiropractor a few times in the last few months of pregnancy and I truly believe it made a HUGE difference in how easy both of my labors went because my hips were aligned and made things go smoothly 🙌🏼

@@jessssalemme I swore by it after having my son 🙌🏼 he had a big head and took an hour of pushing…I feel like if I hadn’t gone to the chiropractor I may not have been able to have him naturally so I do strongly consider 🫶🏼
