I just got my first pair of six -inch heels (The Ruthless Platform from Iron Fist) and even tho I live in my heels, these six - inchers are a whole different ballgame! Everything you mentioned on this video is spot on including having something sturdy to hold on to before standing up or face the consequence of falling on your face. Thank you again for this. How to walk in 6'' heels? Simple - have 2'' platforms so they're really 4'' heels.

What a beautiful woman! Her hands are long, supple---just a lovely lady! I can barely wear one inch heels! Last time I was in New York to visit and watch some Broadway and off-Broadway plays I went to the original Macy’s to buy a dress and shoes. Fashion is decidedly different from ever present flip-flops and simple Tommy Bahamas cotton shifts here in Hawai’i! When I asked where to find shoes, the Macy’s advisor said “Do you want shoes you look good in? Or shoes you can actually walk in!” I got one inch heels. AFTER the play as I walked out into Times Square I noticed that EVERY woman was carrying her shoes! Different strokes for different folks. I’m glad we have such variety in fashion.

Love 6" heels, all my heels are are either 5 or 6"s. I just like to be tall! At 5'1" I don't have many opportunities to feel tall, so heels it is! :D

I broke my leg once in a car accident but refused to give up my stilettos even during my recovery. There I was crutches and one foot in a cast and one foot in a 5 inch stiletto pump! Still rocked the hell out of it and turnin' heads left and right as soon as I step one foot out the car!

Yeah its easy to walk on flat surface and the stairs are not a problem to me,but how come my friends walk so much faster than me? I have to walk small steps and they just kick it like there in sneakers... I loose balance easy and my joints i feel like there are not strong enough to carry me and i'm not a big girl.. so its just suffering for me in heels i guess... xD

You can learn How to walk in 6 inch heels, but if the shoe is not comfortable, it will still hurt. This woman is a pro❤️

With that at least 1 inch platform, while they may measure 6", they are only REALLY 5" as far as actually walking in them. 5" isn't so hard. 6" is PAINFUL!

how about walking in proper 6 inch heels. the ones without a platform because the ones you are wearing have 6 inch heel and about 1 inch platform so that makes them 5 inch heels.

I don't know why, but it is really easy for me to walk in heels. When I was eleven I completely skipped kitten heels and went for 3 inches. It was the easiest thing ever. 6 inch heels feel how 3 inch heels would feel like on my mum. (she wobbles on the first 5 steps or so)

I wpuld like to custom size a pair of BLOCK 3" heels but the heels would be open toe n with a thick strap around ankle. Kinda like the tommy hilfiger "sunday" heel. I went on website but had no luck.

Toes are sticking out way over the shoes. You need a size bigger. Toes arent supposed to be an inch out over the shoe.

But whilst the heel may be 6" you are not actually walking on a 6" heel because of the platform if you know what I mean, you have the overall height it offers but not the arch curvature that real 6" stils give. So your foot curvature and weight dispersal is actually no different to a 4.5" to 5" heel height at most. I love heels, I wear 5.5" stils daily and have my "special" 6" and 6.5", no platform (just have a personal dislike of platform) the only time I drop heel height is when I wear my fave ankle boots which are only a 4" Stil tip and they feel like flats by comparison. My advice to anyone who hasn't done heels is to start sensible with a 3" or 4" heel, always wear a tight skirt around knee height. It will give your legs a physical restraint from taking larger strides like you might in a pair of jeans, and help slow your pace and help keep that feminine walk......Then wear them heels when you do the vacuuming 😂 seriously, it will help distract your mind from your feet, it gets you walking forwards and backwards and so builds your confidence whilst distracting your mind from your feet. It will also distract your other half 😉

I will never understand why you women wear such high heels for so many hours. If its for a short period of time then i can understand like a job interview or out to dinner at a nice restaurant but to wear there them all day at work makes absolutely no sense. Tell me ladies, is the feet, joint, and back pain really worth the beauty????????

Once i wore a 6 inch stilletoes and as i wore it and stood up and walked just 2 or 3 steps... Some current went down my spine.. And yes i am also a fat girl so i think wearing a 6inch heel wasnt for me... But the current that i felt in my spine... Ooh god.. Never dide i wear them again.. I can wear a 6 inch wedges or block heels though but not those thin sticks..

Ive been wearing very high heels 35 years... Walking heel 2 toe will snap a heeled stilletto in a second... (Ive done it years ago)... almost broke my ankle! Its the reason why you walk in high heels as you would walking a runway... (done that too)...

My feet won't ever be as pretty as yours, but I'd like to try... unfortunately, when I clicked the link to the style you're wearing, I saw that its only available up to size 41.5... and I need a 46! [Update] Never mind - I just discovered that by shortening the heel to from 5.8 to 4.5 (which took about an inch off the platform, too) I could get this up to size 49. So far, so good!

I remember watching this few yr ago, yes thx for tips I fallow them, but here in UK u cant find stairs with so large area for your heals(like in ur shown), I once srsly bashed myself to next wall once I tried to walk in my new heals for first time in here uk, steps are narrow and I even not bashed but completely destroyed my heels as well... luck... I didn't died there...

I’m 4ft 11in but I could, and have never, worn such high shoes. All mine are ballet pumps or flats. I do have one pair with 2in heels and that’s high enough thanks.

I have plenty of heels but the problem is where to use them lol.

tips continued 1. smile more as they burn same. 2. unfeel the strain and stretch as you step.3. be sure everyone is awaiting you tripping or fall flat. 4 . if can't feel legs no more, break one, call em fake.
