Hey it's Craig from Big Brother. This guy is the only REAL person to come out of that show, this was in 1999 if i remember he won the first big brother and i think he gave most his prize money to charity. Craig was never bothered about the fame, he said he only did it for the experience. Reality Tv back then was a whole new thing in the UK.
Thanks for this really helpful and informative vid. It’s given me the confidence to mount our new tv above a blocked up fireplace in our living room. You’re very good at explaining diy things, keep up the good work. 👏👏👏👏
We'd recommend the 3-in-1 Detector for locating studs, wires and metal www.toolstream.com/shop/hand-tools/levels-measuring--detection/specialist-measuring/silverline-3-in-1-detector-compact
I’m guessing having the power supply conveniently smack bang in the middle of the wall was planned? Mine is in the bottom right hand corner of the wall right next to a door. Will I need to have an electrician come out to install another power supply/move the current one? If that’s even possible I do not know
I am going to assume that Craig is expecting the person who is mounting the wall bracket to actually use a bit of savvy and work that one out for themselves?
@@chezzer58 still a step missed. There’s quite a bit of measuring tips and tricks that lots of people can find helpful. Especially if this videos is meant to be a beginner-friendly guide.
What confused you about it? A studded wall is a wall made of wood and plaster, behind the plaster are the studs that you need to locate to drill into, that's what will support your bracket and tv.
