Hi Spencer, I have a question. you were working right to left across that wall. I have only one wall I'm papering with a window in the middle. Should I work right to left?
Wallpaper School, nice one, you will get many applicants an honour to be taught from a true paper hanging professional, shame I'm in the UK but hoping it goes really well.
Hi Spencer, how do you prevent gaps in the paper appearing once the paper has dried out? I know that if you cross line first you can avoid this but many of my customers are not willing to go that extra work and expense. I find that Paste the Wall paper is generally better at this not happening.
It’s a good question: you have to anticipate working this seems not only by first joining them but then, 7 inches or so from the seem you must push the wallpaper into place from 7 inches away from each side of the seam and then “nail it down called 7 inches away and then toured the scene by kneeling down or locking into place that area with a smoother making sure that the wallpaper will not slide away
This is very instructional, however, a camera man filming close ups of your cuts when splicing the wallpaper would make it less confusing to newbies at wallpapering. Apart from that, you were excellent.
