How to warp vocals inside Ableton - Queen acapella 

Best starting point is to unwarp the vocal and put the project bpm to the vocals original bpm and then warp it and put it back to ur bpm and fix small timing issues from there

I think this one is the best warping tutorial, I saw tons of warping tutorials, and all those so-called pro DJs and musicians take the acapella with already fixed BPM, very easy to align with the tempo, which makes it easy to warp and develop the whole set, whereas I'm struggling with acapella taken from a slow romantic song, where there is only a voice and a piano, no drums to stick to tempo, nothing else, which makes it extremely difficult to warp and get the proper bpm. when i drag in audio, the markers dont appear automatically, only once at the beginning of the vocal sample. any idea how to fix?
