This is my preferred way to wrap my hands for the use of mma gloves. I tried different ways to wrap my hands with mma gloves and more often then not my circulation in my hands would get cut off then I would take my gloves off then my hand wraps off. This is the right way of doing this, my teammates use it and I never seen them break their hands or even injure them.
For people saying that they broke their knuckles, guy said that this goes UNDER ther glove. Like, leather glove that protects your knuckles? So stop being idiots and read full description before commenting.
Lots of people hating but I don't get it. There's a hundred ways to wrap your hands. It depends on a lot: glove weight, snugness, padding density, injuries, and fighting style.
Doesnt work like that unfortunately, if anything it would act as a cushion that your finger would fall into when you punch, you also want to have your palm open in order for you to be able to fully close your fist, as well as being able to grapple properly.
I have absolutely no clue as to what you could possibly mean by ‘fist pak’, but wrapping ofer the palms isn’t very good as it does not allow you to fully close your fist which makes it harder to hit things with your knuckles, it’s also just generally uncomfortable and not recommended at all.
@chorto4038 its a term for using a solid or mostly solid object, like say a roll of quarters or small stick. In your clenched fist to add density and weight to ones punch.
I do not know what you mean by less space on the palm but if you mean that it needs to he covered more by the wraps then you are wrong as an open palm is better, but it does need more protection on the knuckles.
bro first of all, the space in the hand shouldn't be there, there's barely any padding on your knuckles, so this is exacly perfectly good for breaking your knuckles/bleeding/really red, so search real professional people wrapping style.
@@izabelbragasantana6138 it can easily injure your finger rather than protecting it because there will be too much space between the finger to close them properly, also the knuckles don't get enough padding
