I’ve heard of Geologie brand and they’re worth it, I totally recommend. Also l loved the fact that you said that you’ve tried a bunch of skin care routines..it would be awesome if you did a list of the better ones, the ones you’ve tried or recommendations etc. Either in a video here on a poll in the fb group. I tried a lot of things, the only thing that works was just leaving my face alone, now I just wash it with water and sometimes I use honey as a maskface

Awesome channel and pretty spot on advice, though with some caveats. Geologies percentages of active ingredients are great for newcumbers that are trying to acclimate their skin to be able to tolerate these chemicals, but not for more seasoned skin care users. Their salicylic acid cleanser is not as effective as using a leave on formula that contains bha/sali. Also, cleansing so often with sali can be extremely drying for the skin, and over time people who regularly utilize sali cleansers can face irritation, worsened skin health, dry skin, etc. Also, unless that geologies cleanser is 3 to 4 oh, the sali will not function as a keritolytic agent...only as an anti inflammatory and moisturizing one . The best option is to just use a gentle facial cleanser that thoroughly cleanses without over drying and without leaving a film. There really doesn't need to be treatment oriented active ingredients inside a cleanser. Those are more effective as serums, treatments, moisturizers, etc. Sorry for some of the spelling.

The one thing I’d like to point out is that the general consensus in skincare is that all in one moisturizer+sunscreens are not good enough and don’t give you the protection needed, and even if they were the spf rating of 10 would be waaay too low, with most dermatologist recommending at least 30 spf in a dedicated sunscreens, specifically because most people apply way to small an amount to get the benefits.

What's wrong with having coarse textured hair? I would kill to have thicker strands that are more resilient to breakage and split ends over weak fine hair any day of the week. Coarse hair is truly a blessing and a lot of people don't realize how much of an advantage it really has. You can get away with a lot more chemical treatments like bleaching and coloring because the strands are thicker and stronger than fine baby hair.

I haven't showered in 6 days. Hair is better then ever, skin is smooth and clear. My skin was always at it's worst when using products.

Okay I appreciate his video he provided me with so much knowledge this last year when I discovered his channel, how ever I have a contradicting understanding about the spf. For a skin type like mine (oily), I remember a dermatologist in tiktok upload this document where when it comes to spf it says it should be by its self no moisturizer in the formula, if anyone who have knowledge about skin care would give me their opinion ot would be appreciated, thank you.

Oh Trav, I do rather like your voice cracks and the little counter. I think I'll stick with the Inky List, as it has a better concentration in it. I use spf30 to make sure my face is okay
