I have gotten a few mask with what seems to be some hair stubble in the pre installed filter. I sent them back to Lowes when RZ never replied to my email about the situation.

Maybe they can start stitching the foam nose bridge piece onto the filter so the glue dosnt come loose? Does this mask pull down on anyone elses nose because of the single strap that rests on the lower neck? I cant breath through my nose with this mask on. Still happy to have it but only because theres a shortage of masks. As soon as the rough times are over ill be going back to good old 3M N95

Hello RZ Mask When will you make a velcro strap for the M2,5 mask, to click on, so you can choose between the 2 straps and 1 velcro strap? :) depending on the job at hand, and not needing 2 mask's. And when will you get the Europa license?

Does drying it in a dryer damage it?

How did you wash the valves? You put them back together and run water through them? Or with soap as well? I don't want to damage them.

I saw that you can gently wash the filter, how long will the filter last if you do that for blocking any viruses? Can you use a UVC cleaner such as a phonesoap to clean and reuse the filter?

Hey I hope this gets an answer but , I’ve used RZ mask M2 for some 2 months now , the only issue I have is at times the moisture from breathing accumulated on the valves of the mask consistently drop out of the valves showing drops of liquid coming out of the valve , now it’s not a pretty sight but is that normal? Or am I doing something wrong?

You never cleaned the black part with the silicone in it. Doesn't that need to be cleaned also?

yeah, I lost a (just one, grrr) silicone diaphragm. is there a replacement for just those? I saw the valves online, but just need the diaphragm

Great video but I see one flaw when your drying out the mask don't bend the metal to many times because metal has a breaking point like a paper clip as I assume with this metal piece as well so I would just hang it and let it dry keep your pre-set fit in and just let it hang dry in the sun or in UV lights, also UV lights kill 99.9 percent of germs so If you have access to one you can use that I assume I'm not an expert and this company makes great mask and videos so what do I know but just my thoughts also do not heat up the carbon filter doesn't work if you try to warm it to kill COVID it makes the mask dry out and become unusable I assume most people watching this is wanting to know how to kill COVID and yes heat kills it and UV light also helps. But please be safe out there and follow not only this company's guidelines but your local state GOV...
