Hi Aaron, Darn! Unfortunately, we don't sell just the replacement diaphragms. Your best bet would be to pick up a set of V1 replacement valves. That way you'll have a spare in case this happens again 😃
It's soap that kills bacteria. Many liquid soaps like Softsoap®are anti bacterial, you just have to look at the label on the bottle to see that it states it is. In the case of Softsoap®, it states "wash away bacteria".

I really wish I could find a video somewhere of someone doing this fitting on a real face. This illustration leaves too many possible ways of misinterpreting how to measure for an RZ mask.
Agreed, pretty awful sizing video. I had a terrible time hearing it, it was so fast. Here it is in plain text: "With a ruler, align zero below your eye, place your finger under your chin touching the ruler" 3.5"-4" = med, 4"-4.5" = large, 4.5"+ = XL
I hate this mask so much. The silicone diaphragm falls out every time, the lining up of the back and front......just everything sucks.. Please do some more R&D and listening to your customers' frustrations.

Depending on what you are doing, if you are in high dusty environment you will be able to see all the dirt trapped in the mask and replace after that become dirty. Otherwise every 40-60 hours of use you should change out your filter.
Its comfortable but the nose pice, the tip of the mask from top to bottom its so pointy i look like the horses when they put the bag with food around ther heads lol. And i didnt say this to any body but as soon as my co workers saw me thats what they say i look like lol.
Hello RZ Mask When will you make a velcro strap for the M2,5 mask, to click on, so you can choose between the 2 straps and 1 velcro strap? :) depending on the job at hand, and not needing 2 mask's. And when will you get the Europa license?
