1.the belt of truth- discoveries of truth 2.the breastplate of righteousness- be conscious that you are righteous by nature 3.the shield of faith- remind yourself with the scriptures, the more knowledgeable you are of the word the more aligned you are 5.the helmet of salvation. 6. The sword of the spirit- quote the scriptures when you are fighting against the devil. Pray in the spirit

Speaking in tongues and singing in tongues should be the same as the are still words. Words are what penned and instead of reading you sing as noted/ melody/ into songs. It is how and method you release them (words).
