I was bored and wanted to learn how to do a roll or flip while using a bullwhip. But this is soo much cooler these stretches opened up my shoulders and ribs better then my Chiropractor!
a little more turn over and quad flexion as your feet leave the floor so the legs get fully extended in the whips demonstrated wouldn’t hurt to show that your toes shouldn’t be lagging behind your knees.
So i did a whip on the trampoline, and then i did one kinda bad one on the grass, i can do a backhandspring and i cant do a layout, i really wanna learn to do a layout and whip on the grass

Great content. I appreciate you guys sharing your gymnastics expertise. I wish tumbling gyms were more commonplace and that there were more opportunities for adults to learn this stuff in a proper environment and with proper coaching. If I were down under, I'd come train with you guys! That said, I agree with one of the other comments that some slow motion shots could be helpful for getting to see the different progressions of shapes through the movement. Keep up the good work!
