Thank you! Really appreciate the comment. Yeah, there are quite a few… I am big into stoicism, which helps your perspective and see life a little differently. So in that respect I recommend ‘Meditations’ by Marcus Aurelius. For productivity, there is a book called ‘7 Habits of Highly Effective People’ by Stephen Covey, which was created based on common themes amongst high achievers. For confidence… that comes with productivity, achievement and success. By which, any measure of success is an achievement, in my view, big or small. For example, if you set out today to - have breakfast, go to the gym, tidy the house, read a book etc… and you tick those tasks off, then you have had a successfully productive day and that is a fantastic achievement… which you can draw confidence and competence from. Then consistently achieving these goals will all contribute towards a longer term feeling of confidence and competence, and you will very likely be able to look back and think ‘look what I have acheived’. But yeah, going back to the books, to me, they are tools I personally use to help me approach my daily productivity. Hope this helps.

@@Machiavellian.Psychology Can you also shed some light on - why i love to suffer in other words when things don't go our way how to stop self defeating behavior which adds to misery especially when there's less family support ? How would you encourage your own self to reinvent.. what can help

@@mohibquadri4053 Again, I feel the answer to this lies in 'stoicism' particularly as mentioned the work by Marcus Aurelius 'Meditations'. I realise this isn't the ultimate answer to your complex issue, but it is an excellent starting point. My advice regarding reinventing yourself is, you can literally do that any time. You can reinvent yourself starting now, right this second. Plan. Plan for today, plan for the long term. Imagine how you want your ideal self to look, feel, act, behave, be perceived, and then consider what steps you need to take to get there, starting now. Forget family support, that is a luxury that not everyone has. Support yourself. If anything, once your family see's you making positive changes, they will no doubt take an interest and you will get support. Again, very complex issue you highlight, but hopefully this gives you some food for thought.
