DRAFT IDEA!!!! You have an ice bath. For every 30 seconds you stay in the bath you get to select a player in the draft (you get the pick the formation anyway). So, if you stayed in for 5 minutes, you get to select 10 players. If you stay in for 11 minutes 30 seconds, you pick the whole team. Once you have selected the players (in whatever place you want them). Then pick whatever manager you want, rearrange the team and play. No restrictions on players. (Bonus part. For every round you get through, a fellow sideman has to sit in the ice bath for 30 seconds or 1 minute (up to you), this part is optional though)
