29:00 Verified reviews from google LSA's do not show up on your maps listings. I hear it all the time but it hasn't affected maps reviews since I have used it in the last 4 years.

Good catch Carl, the Google Maps reviews show up on your Google LSA listing, but not the other way around. Getting reviews on both platforms helps tremendously with visibility, so putting an emphasis on reviews is critical!

Hey quick question if I’m not charged for a lead say if I missed the call but mark it as booked days later will they charge for the lead ?

I am not sure on that. Try it out and let us know! We itemize them every week so we haven't tried waiting a month.

There is no charge dispute in The UK unfortunately. I had quite a lot of calls from people looking for a job. Each call, 20$ or so.

Nope, you can't for Google Local Service Ads. They are call only on the platform.

Does it matter if you get a GMB review vs. a G-LSA review?

We suggest getting the review on your GMB vs the G-LSA. The GMB reviews also show on the LSA, but the LSA reviews don't post to the GMB.

What you would do is put the appointment in your own calendar, but mark the job as booked or completed in LSA dashboard.

I am in HVAC, Orlando , Florida. I rarely get in top three for few minutes so far I got a one lead. I don’t have a complaints , respond immediately have 54 reviews with 4.9 overall rating (49 ) 5 starts (1) 3 star and (1) 1 star) I was playing with budget ( I put $5,000 per week , does not change a lot) at the same time , we have big AC company Frank Gay, and they always in top three , the other two changes , but they are always in top three , that’s insane , not sure how that achieve that , all I need for now is two hours per day being in top three and it will filled up my schedule. Do you have any suggestions ?

This is a common issue with the Google Local Service Ads. Google just reduced the search page to 2 LSA results vertically, instead of the side to side 3 results it had before. So, there are less chances to show in the top 2 spots now. I would recommend continuing with the platform, sometimes the longer you are on there, it majically starts showing more. Also, work on getting google reviews all day, every day. Never stop getting reviews. We have seen this be the biggest impact for our clients for LSA's.

I'm always last don't make sense. Why a company with 1 year 8 reviews is at top o0% of time. I have 197 5 star reviews and 2+ years

There are a lot of factors, here are the main ones that get the best results. 1) Answer the phone every single time. Missed calls negatively impact your listing. 2) Add cities to target as opposed to zip codes. We have found that to work best. 3) Itemize your calls, mark them as booked, scheduled, etc. 4) Have at least 3 or 4 services out of the 6-7 services as categories selected. Don''t be too narrow in your categories. 5) Keep budget high, and if no calls, start toggling the budget up or down. 6) Upload photos to your LSA. Hopefully these help.
