Thanks for posting. Figure 8 was very handy. However, during the second method left, right, left, right twist, just at the moment you show how to do the opposite side twist (at 1:27-1:30) you cut the video instead of showing how your hands need to twist properly. All during that segment you use video cuts instead of smooth stream, so we cannot see how to properly do the twists. Reduces the usefulness of the video for the 2nd method. But again, thanks for posting.

1:28 (the other way), the grab is off-screen + there is a glitch, second time the other way is shown, it is cut, so I really don't get how to do it

Your style of figure 8 will still create kinks in the cable. If you follow the natural twist in the cable when forming the 8, you'll end up with a better 8 and prolong the life of the cable. Your over/under wasn't bad.

Even after stop framing the (unseen motion) action for the other way, (no one could recall the phrase about coiling left or under aargh) The lack of repetition at key points, lack of demonstration and description of motions failed to impart any understanding of the proper technique. 30 thumbs down.
