My anti collision is have the torch head loose. So if it hits something it slips out of the mount rather than braking off. LOL You have a nice setup there.
Ross, do you find the anti-collision head 'colliding' with anything very often? I don't have an anti-collision unit on my table and I've had my torch tip drag on the metal a few times but not done any damage. Are they worth installing???
Hi Rusty, My last video CNC PLASMA CUTTING TREE OF LIFE WITH STAINLESS NUMBERS FOR THE APARTMENT when i cut the numbers it collided with a flip up, restarting the cut might be a problem cause with Masso it restarts at the beginning of the the cut. I think it is worth having for the price of a machine head being replaced is expensive. "I have the mount half way down the machine shaft now and that has eliminated all the wobbling when cutting now. Hi Ross I put new NPN ,2mm sensing proxy sensors for plasma touch off Broun wire masso +v24 power Blue wire is connected to masso GND Black wires on end I put 5.6k restior and restior connected to masso input pin 7 ,plasma touch single . did you put 5.6 restior on end of black wire ( load ) ?.for plasma tuch single Still my masso G3 plasma not working.

Still have the Proma 150 THC it sits on the side of the plasma unit and the wires run to the Masso controller. Thanks for your question and thanks for watching the video.🙂
