To answer some of your questions this is my reply. Input shows the voltage that is coming to your house from the mainline. ( It will be zero if there is no current in your home, and if there is current, it may vary around 220V to 240V provided there is very low fluctuations). Output shows the voltage given out by the stabilizer. And the input and output switch can be kept anywhere. It doesn't have any impact on how the stabilizer is gonna work. Its only purpose is to show the voltage coming in and going out.
Sir, I purchased a new vwi 400 vguard stabiliser. I have connected it with my 1.5 ton ogeneral window ac. Even after input of 245-255V it is providing output of 200-211V . I believe that it is working bit slow, as on 220-230V ac runs on good speed and cools faster as well. Kindly suggest is stabiliser is working fine or any issues.
