Don’t underestimate the effect of a highly motivated environment though, aka friends and peers who are equally motivated and hard working towards their goals. During my undergrad I was in such an environment which made it much easier for me to study from 8ish am till 7pm or longer and also go to the library at the weekend. It’s great and necessary to be motivated on your own but if the environment is slow paced it will significantly impact your own productivity.
I am currently working on the last pages of my bachelor thesis and your video gave me motivation to continue 💪🏼 reminded me of my goals for the future! Thank you Elena for this informative video.

what helped me a lot waws also changing my choice of friends. now i have a smaal group of people who are genuinely happy for me and we motivate each other sooo much and like are so proud of the achievements the people make :) like if someone falls into like kind of a hole we then drag the person out again - i will forever be thankful for that

You can even be grateful for having the opportunity to own a comfortable bed and to be able to just sit on the bed, talk & chill. That‘s not naturally.
This is a GOOD video Elena!. Also if you're only focused on your final goal and you don't do those middle little steps/goals, sometimes when you'll arrive to THAT final goal you can feel frustrated if you don't experience what you pictured years ago. If that make any sense.
Extremely helpful video. After watching this video, I found out what was absent in my routine - PRESENT ORIENTED GOALS. I was struggling hard to find a way-out from an unsaturated, uninteresting daily life where I was not at all enjoying not even little. This video was need of the hour for me. Thank you for the video. I love studying law so much but oh my goodness the textbooks are SO expensive I'm just constantly saying goodbye to hundreds of dollars :( worth it though!

hi there could you do a video of an in depth description of your study methods and what the tables are for in your revision notes, if you could explain in depth detail about the table sections you do in your notes that would be a great help thanks.
I literally only have two other videos on motivation on my channel and neither one of these are focused on maintaining motivation but rather on finding it, so not sure what you're talking about
