hamza. I am 16, from Australia 🇦🇺 over the last year and a half I have unfortunately developed a rare chronic skin condition. This has effected my life drastically. Watching your videos has genuinely improved my life in many ways. I was already a pretty sporty kid but really awkward played video games, and had developed bad habits. Now I have developed a mentality where I refuse to call myself a victim for anything negative that happens in my life, and take full accountability even though I’ve had to go through several surgeries ect. I love how relatable you are and the positive message you spread. When I’m not in pain I go to my gym every day, and have been working on my own clothing brand when I’m in too much pain to work. Thanks yo you my mentality has stayed strong through all adversity I’ve been through recently so I just wanted to thank you. Its 2:30 am for me Sorry if it’s abit wordy lol

He has said before he uses the short form to attract more ciewers with bad attention span for example he made a 7 minute video like this a coupke days ago and gave some straught forward answers.
Hello Hamza, i am 16 and from France and i've discovered your channel around 6 months ago. In the beginning i didnt succeed getting used to the new good habits that u recommended and i stayed coping with my bad habits (very few sport activities, masturbation and porn and no self confidence). Today and since 1 month i think, i'm really starting to take it seriously and i'm progressing a lot on my objectives: I started seriously running and now i run at 5min/km (which is quite good), im on nofap and i'm winning the battle against my bad habits. Thank you for being there and hopefully you educate a lot more young man like me.
Hamza I've been watching your vids for 2 years and i think this is your best work. No pressurizing audiences, causing self doubts, just speaking openly and sharing the way. Also, your examples and references with the old school presentation style keeps it all so smooth managed. ❤❤❤
You helped me a lot in life.I was just a stupid nobody 2 months ago and now I am jacked and happy. Thanks a lot Hamza for helping thousand of young men out there.Don't give up guys no matter how hard it gets💟
thank you hamza i am 18 yr old from india i couldnt be productive i watched more and more self improvement videos but doesnt wrk..but this guide literally change my view to study..now i am ready to monk mode and conqueor my exams🌌..thank you hamza plz continue to upload full guide videos... and have a good day peace 🤗
Hamza motivated to make a RU-vid channel and now I’m growing day by day. I get more work accomplished in a day than I used to in an entire month! I used to fall everyday watching shit content, having no purpose in life, no physique no discipline and always lived in my comfort zone, this guy motivated to make progress in life and I’m truly grateful for him.
pov: at first u didn't share hamza videos , kind of gatekept them and were afraid of higher competition , but now u have massive confidence and healthy testosterone , so u love competition and share hamza videos
What I like the most about Hamza's videos is that he tells you the essence of the matter directly and without unnecessary shits. Almost the only videos that can really help me are Hamza's videos.
Hello hamza i think it should be great a video about a guide on how to speak, how to communicate your ideas as you do doesnt matter if its in public or in a yt video... just a guide of speaking properly
@@DoingSome i already have this channel in which I try but you know to understand my errors and have some kind of tips that may i didnt even notice i coule implement
@@denisdikk self reflect. Record yourself, watch it back, write down what you didn't understand what you said it why you said it. Would you say it out loud to a person like that? What would you change? The word? The tone? Your facial expression? Use more hand gestures? Things like this will build you up because your unconscious mind will remember what u did wrong and after a long period of time you will be on automode.
start - 22:53 - prioritize what to work on 22:53 - 41:04 - deep work; don't get distracted 41:04 - end - monk mode The first 20 mins could have been 5 mins long. whole video is a long winded repeat of what I already learned a while ago Hope this saves someone some time :)
Hamza has saved my life im so grateful to him for inspiring me to change my life, for giving me tools that will help me to change my life, giving the right mindset it really helps. I was depressed, skinny as fuck, addicted to porn and novel but he has helped me change my life significantly I'm so happy now,got a girlfriend, made some muscles, being grateful to everything. Thankyou so much Hamza
Hamza, you're not only a life saver, you're a motivator. A while back ago I watched one video of yours every single day and it got me going. I was motivated, passionate and really believed I could actually earn money. But soon afterwards I for some reason stopped watching your videos. I fell into procrastination and didn't want to put the effort, I didn't want to work harder, I didn't want to sacrifice and it hurt my progress. This is what happens when you think you are at the top of the world and nothing can stop you, then you stop paying attention to what's around you and fall. But instead of cursing myself of my mistakes, I cursed the world, the reality around me. You, Hamza, on the other hand made me pay attention and see through my mistakes. You encourage me, make me a better version of myself and motivate me. Thanks a lot man.
@@monke1360 You don't understand, my friend. "His people" (who are actually genetically more Hellenic than Turkic) stole our lands. Turkey is not a country. It's occupied Greek, Arabian, Armenian and Georgian land and "Turks" are merely Muslim Greeks, Armenians etc. Now you will probably think that I am biased because I am Greek, but it's simply the truth and everyone can find out themselves with a tiny bit of research
@@lachermacher9981 then they're genuinely ret@rded, anyone who's been here since his beginning knows he has literally always done this. The dummies treat him like a god instead of just watching him and taking advice you want
He is even saying it might be cope he admits it. Real men change over time look at Andrew Tate. They look at conflicting opinions and take them if they are right.
Just finished the guide and took extensive notes while watching. I'll be back in a few weeks with my impression and results from implementing Hamza's advice.
Hey bro, I never took my studies seriously. Like scored very-very good marks but I never felt that I was truly studying. Today, I woke at 4 am and actually completed more than I had done the whole week. I specially liked how you explained about the snow and flag thing, of how to meditate back to work, knowing that It'll become easier. I still cannot focus for more than one hour so I do take 10 minute breaks in between but it's my first monk mode. I truly feel like like I can reach the height I never had imagined until now. THANK YOU HAMZA. :)
That idea of finding the hard work so that you know what "slog" to get through to get the good results because then you'll actually be looking forward to it. Chef's Kiss
The goal for the next few months is to improve my health (mental and physical, including my physique) My essential tasks: - Learning about health and how to implement what I learn - Eating a healthy diet - Sleeping 8 hours per night - Lifting - Cardio - Meditation - Gratitude Tasks that can distract me from this: - Trying to get girls (I shouldn’t enjoy the fruits of the labor until the labor is done, which is not for a while) - Obsessing over different types of workouts instead of working out - Trying a bunch of different diets I’m grateful that Hamza prompted us this because it helped me organize my goals better.
Essential Macro Task: Singing to an E5 by November Essential Micro Task:Researching vocal techniques and practicing them daily with increased and tracked performance. Less important tasks: Singing high songs to see if you can hit the notes, binge watching and reading technique without proper practice. Sacrifice developing music, and plans for awesome hangouts for awhile, until major progress is made. Thanks to Hamza and his team, your gifts are too great to measure.
Hey hamza, im so grateful to you. You wont believe like 2 years ago i was so down bad, being the jeffrey guy i was, video games, porn, being shitty asf, 0 personality. One day idk how i was belted by my dad because i did some mischeif in school which was ofc something of a bully sort and my dad was called to the school. That day i wasnt even ashamed but when i came home idk how i got a recommendation from hamza and the video title was you can change your life or smth. i remember watching it and realising what i was doing. Now i have A+ Grades, building my body, more peacefull and wonderous mental health and ive gotten a lot stronger.
Hamzaa thankyouuu can you recreate your old vids like about discipline, motivation, meditation, will power, I enjoy and understand it easily back then I was fat gamer kid but now Im doing good In life I still miss your old videos…
Important task Trading Analyse chart and trade the opportunity in the market Unimportant task Playing pc games Watching youtube Sacrifice the unimportant tasks Thank you hamza
Essentials: Writing songs, leveling up my skills of marketing myself on social media Unessentials: Preparing for finals (soon over though), learning to play new songs
flashcards in the morning is the best study method. ive been passing all my exams with good grades with that. once you understand the concept you have to memorize the randoms bs they ask on the exam and then youre good
Out of all the things in this video, the one that resonated is meditating back to the task. It's such an obvious thing once you hear it but i never took the time to think of it. Thank you
Hey Hamza, I've been loving the full guides you've uploaded recently. Can you do one for content creation now because I'm sure a lot of us would want that and you could be getting closer to the "educating 10 million men" goal you've set for yourself.
Hamza, I appreciate the way it seems you’ve changed your essential task from building your channel via optimizing making content for the algorithm to now having the essential task being making these highly educational, universally helpful guides
Absolute gold as always. The amount of knowledge and value your full guides give is amazing, they are really helpful. Can't thank you enough and also can't wait to send the monk mode / fun mode split 💪💪
This thumbnail just reminded me of the in my opinion peak time of yours, about before 1 year when you started these long unedited vids. Haven't seen it yet but i look forward to it
Hope you don’t mind having a woman (me) watching your videos 😅 I’ve been doing your 200k/month routine and it has drastically improved my productivity! Thank you so much, your rough approach really helps me 🙏🏾
You need to focus on the video. Stop reading comments. I can't believe how many things happening with me currently that hamza got right. The value in this video is incredible.
If mom distracts me I will tell her I’m working on something important and if you need something I’ll do it right after I’m finished no matter how weird it may fell to say that
My most essential tasks would be the following: - Investing work/System creation - Mindfulness and emotional awareness/control - Learning Tasks that distract me from the essential tasks: - School. Specifically the social aspect. As much as I enjoy being social and having fun with friends it is often hinders my performance as I have to allocate more time to them and have their thoughts which negatively influence me. I have realized that this problem has arise due to how little time I have left in school. I have wanted to spend the last few months of school being social as I will never talk to these people again. Although it has really been affecting and damaging my goals. - Useless content consumption: I never have problems with the content that I consume, but I feel as now I have become more social and incorporated with my friends that I have started to readopt past bad habits.
Essentialism Focus on one thing Do most important tasks with highest ROI Progress require 80% of the brain points Do essentialism not shiny and attractive work Reject 9/10 activities for essentialisms Whatever stops you from becoming the world class in the essentials it is a waste Deep work habit
Hamza's video's probably get so perfect soon. That he will have 0 challenge and probably start doing more financially video's like Iman and we will have to pay..
Bros, I've got a manual labor job for about 3 and a half years, doing 12 hours per day, 5 days per week. At the end of each shift, I go to the gym. Now trust me when I say it may be exhausting sometimes, but power of momentum when the adrenaline starts pumping is unstoppable. Keep it up bros!
Thank you for the video Hamza, might try a monk mode someday when the time is right. Appreciate your advice as always much respect for what you’ve accomplished this RU-vid game is competitive 🙏
Hamza, there is something more important than working hard, it’s working hard in the RIGHT PLACE. because even if you worked very very hard. your progress will be so slow if you are in the wrong place
The going all out in one thing at a time makes sense, but it's so hard when you're still in school. You gotta study, I go to the gym, I also play basketball and chess and code. What am I meant to do, give up everything else for one thing?
I really enjoyed this video Hamza. You gave us amazing content which is really helpful. I took notes (yea I finished your video) while on my way back to home with a bus. I was more productive in this 2 hours than in 3 days. Crazy!
