Hello friends and welcome back
This is a video I have been meaning to make for some time... given how many people have asked me to make it. In this video, we will chat about how to relocate to Europe for a Software Engineering role, specifically the visa/work permit process.
This is part 1 of 2 videos, and in the next video we will chat about the job aspect of it

Thank you for the valuable info, I have one question though, As a Software Engineer what field or Set of programming language and skills do you recommend that would help getting a job in Europe? I just graduated college with CS Networking Degree and I'd like to relocate to EU

First of all congrats on the graduation! Second, the market in Europe is so in need of good software engineers that almost any programming language will have a market here but I highly recommend sticking to the most popular programming languages because those have more demand like python, JavaScript … etc etc I recommend checking stackoverflow most popular languages of the year survey to get a better idea

A little hack: search for job postings from those countries you wanna work at if what prog language is in demand for them. LinkedIn or Indeed is your friend for that matter, and use a VPN so you'll get directed to these portals for corresponding countries you are targeting at :)

Very Informative, thank you! I have a question tho. I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Can this be considered as tech/software related degree from the EU's point of view ? Can this be considered as a relevant degree for working as SW Engineer?
