John Wick I have gymnastics rings so I can do a lot at home. The only thin that’s disappointed for me is that i love the weighted squat en haven’t enough weight do do it! Sorry if English is bad!
John Wick exactly what I do now. But for my heavy compounds I always do 5x5 and 3x3 because in those movement I train on strengt. I also bicycle a lot on a heavy stand to really work on my condition and leg muscle hypertrophy.
@@matthewvandernagel9997 You can make the squat harder with some resistance bands. They aren't too expensive. Just buy a set of different resistance levels.
hah too weak I destroyed 2 tables smashed a door and finally but not last I destroyed a bed leg and I think I will sleep on the ground tonight or I will try the Japanese technique

@Tadas Maziliauskas But those people who died was supposed to die, well you might be a rich person so you don't know how serious the matter is huh, let me tell you that in my country, most of the people weren't even allowed work, but still they insist of it walking hours and hours 12 hours for work because they have familiy who rely on them, why because no work no pay, their families would starve to death without working so they are still insisting on it eventhough they are most likely risking their lives, 70,000 people dying everyday eh, do you know how precious life is, do you even know the value of life, God lend us lives so that we could experience what is not in heaven, think about the people who died, people whose lives were stolen by some stupid virus, their chance to experience life was gone and won't ever comeback, so if it's okay for you that many people die about the virus, just think about alive people, alive people who were suffering starving to death, people who were terrfied that if they die, their family would lost who they could rely on, so before you speak about your *BOO HOO*, think about the people who are affected not just your *False opinion*, you are not the only one who is alive, there are more people that want to enjoy their borrowed lives, so if I were you, I would think about things more seriously and look at the people around you not just yourself, one bit of advice stay safe and enjoy your limited life more

i have been following these vids for about 6 months now. I am i my 50s and have a physical job that used to give me a lot of back pain. These vids have really sorted me out.

My esthetician said the wrinkle in between the eyes is the most notable sign to aging (on the face). I think the hardest thing about exercising is having control of which muscles to tighten and which to relax.
I can't do jumping jacks, or high knees. Since I live in an apartment, so if your next video can include workarounds for those issues that would be greatly appreciated! Edit: I appreciate anyone trying to help me on how I can still stay active during this time. Right now I've been trying to go on more walks, and be more productive. It's not a lot, but it's better than nothing.
You can do duck walks, and reverse lunges with socks on a slippery floor, or modify any of the exercises he recommends to work for time(resistance) instead of strength through less weight and hopefully more fast paced repetitions.
Even better, martial arts drills for ten minutes on the horse position or an approximate. I drew 5 lines on my mirror parallel to the floor and i try to keep my head between the lowest lines as much as i can while i practice punches and blocks from the kihon geiko to the beat of a song.. It's a lot like aeroboxing, just that the horse position prevents noise on the floor.

Exactly what I needed, nCov has been preventing me from going to the gym due to the risk and I refuse to lose fitness. Thanks Calisthenicmovement! Also, have those chairs also been working out? They're stable as hell.
How much do you weigh? Pushups are about 65-75% bodyweight so a decline pushup will edge that a bit higher. Not 300lbs but could hit around 60% of your max bench. Get someone to sit in your back lol
