wow this was one of the first "workout like a model" videos I've seen where the model isn't wearing a full face of makeup and hair done up. I appreciate the realness. Also it actually looked like she was putting in a TON of effort, which I feel like I don't normally see in these kinds of videos! Loved it!

Gym memberships should be a part of health insurance policies. This would prevent people from so many medical problems without the excuse of not affording a gym membership, and obesity is a huge problem here in the states

@@mrsraven9169 That's not true, entirely. While hyperventilating could signal poor condition or breathing techniques, sweating is all about heat regulation (which system simply varies per person). Many top athletes tend to sweat extensively, even after one flight of stairs, because their bodies are accustomed to cooling themselves down quickly. Sweat's a good thing! But make sure to stay equally hydrated.
She must be sweating, otherwise she's not doing anything, and as far as I can see, she's doing pretty intense stuff, so it's impossible that she isn't. But you can't see her from the POV that she sees herself, and she's also being filmed, the lighting and her makeup can affect how you view her.
she's not an athlete lol, that's disrespectful to athletes, and I know professionals -what she does is basically the minimum to build a little muscle that LOOKs good, the secret to her shape is basically her diet, eating clean and VERY little. She wouldn't last one round compared to an athlete and that's fine lmao

The retail price of the shoes was affordable but obviously, the resale value of the shoes was double the price of the retail. Necessarily the shoe value is expensive because of the hype.

Great idea to post these videos. So many women don't want to look muscular at all. Like an athlete. That fine line between looking like you don't workout and almost toned.
You could be this slim extremely easily just don’t eat a lot, most of what she does was kinda pointless for asthetics, great for athletics but I don’t really understand why a model would train like this unless it’s for personal reasons

All good info but disagree with plyo/box jumping in a program like this. The injury risk to payoff is terrible. She's more likely to incurr an injury box jumping than the rest of the program combined. The client gets tired and clips the toe of their shoe on the corner of that box - which is extremely easy to do when you're already tired - and an awkward fall is very possible. Even a minor sprain or fracture can keep a physique athlete from working for months - never mind how hard it is to maintain that critical leanness from the couch.
